At ExecutivesGrow, my coaching philosophy is rooted in humanistic principles, specifically the person-centred theory. This approach ensures that our coaching journey is both profound and exploratory, fostering self-discovery and personal growth.

 I work with clients to set crystal clear goals and devise ambitious but attainable actionable plans, ensuring that the coaching process leads to measurable and tangible results.

My methodology also incorporates philosophies such as the three principles by Syd Banks, which emphasise the significance of mind, consciousness, and thought in shaping one's experience of reality. By integrating mindfulness practices, I help clients cultivate greater self-awareness and resilience, enabling them to navigate the complexities of leadership with enhanced clarity and composure. I find this really opens something deep for certain clients, and so I value it as part of my coaching arsenal.

My approach is straightforward and direct, which I believe is essential for meaningful coaching. Calling a spade a spade and avoiding unnecessary fluff is crucial. This clarity ensures that discussions are focused, honest, and productive.
